Widely published since the late 1950’s, these projects have earned more than 50 design awards for both custom and merchant built housing. IMA architects have designed over 100 individual houses, many of which are richly detailed and set in beautiful gardens.

Retail projects include shopping centers such as the Hafa Adai Shopping Center in Guam and the Dillingham Shopping Plaza in Hawaii.
IMA is providing architectural services for an exclusive men’s club at their historic clubhouse in downtown San Francisco, CA. This Lewis Hogart concrete and steel, brick facade building was completed in 1934. IMA provides architectural services to the club for required repairs and renovations while maintaining the structure’s historic integrity. 
The Mountain Warfare Training Center on the east slopes of the Sierra Nevada Mountains near Bridgeport, CA is an example of a government facility, a campus, and a challenging snow and cold country design project. IMA architects developed the master plan and the design for the initial 6 buildings (administration, dining hall, two enlisted barracks, bachelor officer quarters and fire station).
IMA architects have extensive experience in hospitality projects including Hotel 21 East (now Sutton Place Hotel) in Chicago, IL, the Guam Reef Hotel and Guam Holiday Inn on Guam, and Harvey’s Inn in Stateline, NV.
